And when walking past check-in two hours later, the line was even worse. Until they can get their process sped up, I won't put myself through that line again. "

"The rooms are very expensive, too expensive to lack so many basic expectations/amenities. The room o had reeked and smelled so unfresh! No sure if it was just stained or mildew, but there was definitely something on the top of the boards in the bottom of the shower along with a lot of hair from another guest. There is no microwave or refrigerator and they charge extra for a refrigerator. I would just expect way more for the price point and how it’s advertised ."
