Not pleased with our stay. The check in experience was very cold from the black girl employee with the tattoos on her arm. She was not nice the whole time we were there. We were sleeping and received a phone call accusing our dog of soiling in the lobby. No apologies for the false accusations. We did not have a hair dryer so we asked the middle aged white lady receptionist for one. She said your room has one and made us feel like we were stealing. We had do not disturb hanging on the door on Saturday and black male housekeeper went into our room without knocking while my wife was in the bathroom! Again no apologies from the staff. Breakfast was so cold the eggs and sausage. I also wish someone was there to explain how to make waffles. I'm sure it was yummy but we didn't know how to use it. Bathroom in lobby was very nice and clean. Tenant next to our room blasted TV all night and their cell phone kept ringing until 4AM I'm so angry we stayed. I wanted to complain at checkout but the black people were in a group kept laughing I think they were laughing at us because of our race. Terrible experience but the location is fantastic.
