I checked in at 11pm. It took the lady 15 mins cuz she didn't know if the room was clean, so she went herself. Then once i got in, my wife got in the shower & i was in the room unpacking. A man entered our room, & then said sorry, & shut the door. I went down to front desk & asked, "yall just let any strangers in ny room?!!" She said the lady that checked on my room had the room # in her head when she issued the next key. It was mistake. After my wife's shower, now around 11:50pm, we leave to go to casino. A few mins later she realizes she left her phone. I waited outside & she went back & her key didnt work. I went up there with hers & mine, & she's correct. Neither key works. I went to front desk & asked why not. They shut it off on accident, when they shut that man's key off. He was supposed to be in the room next to us. So she reset both of my room keys & apologized again. When we got back from the casino, we only had a few hours until checkout at 11am. I tried very much to get some sleep, but the vacuum cleaners in the rooms on either side & in the hallways was very loud. Very hard to sleep. I understand they are just doing their job, but since i arrived late to check in that night, which was noted in my pre-check in online, the new lady wasn't sure of my room & her repeated mistakes, it just gave me a bad feeling about this place. It was clean & nice inside once i was able to settle in, but front desk mistakes really put a damper on our views.
