Front staff very cool and unwelcoming. Lobby area dark and dreary. Rooms are TINY compared to competitors. No one manning the breakfast area (ran out of bread-8:15am). Normally the TV in the breakfast room is on for guests to watch the news or whatever but it wasn’t. I asked the front desk if it could be turned on….. and was told where to find the remote. Maybe she was trying to make me feel at home but at this point I didn’t appreciate it. We have stayed at many hotels but won’t be going back to this one. Don’t have a clue where they are getting such high reviews from on Google. Total mystery.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. The mattress and pillows were lumpy. The bathroom shower floor was not clean which was an issue the last time I stayed. No alarm clock and two hangers in the closet instead of the usual six. My understanding is the property is owned by someone else. It seems the property is not taken care of like before.
