They were in remodel stage. They didn’t have no air in the hallways. no food they say they didn’t have no coverage for no one to cook food. no bulbs in my room no phone, no ice. I have to go downstairs to get ice. I checked in Thursday, July 3 my room didn’t get cleaned up until Saturday evening. if I know the hotel was gonna be remodel I would never check in. I would’ve got another hotel. I was not happy those four days I stayed.

The appearance of the hotel is beautiful in the lobby. The room looked clean. Smelled bad musty like mildew. The bathroom was filthy. You could see the dust build up around the backsplash. Toilet was not clean. The tub was painted and had stains. The shower walls had soap residue. This hotel did not deserve its ratings of 3 stars.

This property is worn out and needs some love. The carpet on 3rd floor is littered with bleach stains like they were disposing of evidence CSI style. The air conditioner in room 300 was not serviced and was spewing a horrible mold smell. This made my asthma horrible. The parking lot does not facilitate trailers. Made due taking up a few. Not many people staying there, so not an issue. Staff were nice, but owner should consider renovation. The office chair in the room was also torn and missing a large piece of pleather. I personally would not go back, butit was cheap and better than the mosquitos on Rutherford Beach.

Nightmare Hotel

The room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed, there were fingerprints all over the mirrors on the headboards of the bed or greasy handprints. The bathroom had would look to be pubic hair all over it there was hair in the sink and a dirty wash rag there was also hair all over the bathroom floor there was only two towels there w wasn't any complimentary coffee, sugar cream etc that was supposed to be provided in the room the beds were dirty as well with hair on them as well as the sheets had sayings. It was just horrible and when I complained to the front desk they basically told me to bring the sheets down and they would give me new ones and then the maintenance man ended up bringing me a vacuum cleaner, spray cleaner along with wash rags and black gloves in case I wanted to clean the room myself. They were also not very accommodating and the gym was closed even though they said that it was supposed to be open 24 hours 7 days a week so I didn't have access to that.
