"The hotel and surrounding area was like its own suburban location with a city feel. Lots of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Safe and walkable. The room was clean and spacious. The toiletries were high quality. Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Gym facilities are clean and spacious. Entertainment and activities by the pool were chill and suffice. Small lagoon at the Oceanside (non adults only) was the perfect opportunity to feel like you’re taking a dip in the ocean but without the heavy waves or current. Flamingo island was easily accessible and a quick trip by boat. Plenty of space and beach chairs, etc. palapas. Place to eat, drink and shop. Kayaks. Etc. highly recommend this resort for the Caribbean feel without the hustle and bustle of the nightlife and the crowds downtown. "

"The room wasn't overly clean but it wasn't the worse. The towels were stained with red marks as was the blanket. The only other complaint is the shampoo and conditioner bottles the first night were half full only obviously reused from another room and this continued on through our whole stay, always left half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. It was still a great trip and I'd say the resort was a 7 out of 10. "
