Everyone was super friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, to the bellman. The property was amazing, from the location to rooms and very clean. The restaurants on-site were very good as well. Definitely top shelf experience. I also preferred being in Eagle Beach away from the large crowds and just taking a taxi into Palm Beach if you're looking to turn it up a bit. Would definitely come back to this hotel and location.

This was our second time visiting JOIA and it was an excellent stay like the first time, which is why we returned. We had a minor inconvenience on our third day but one of the managers Mariana went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were truly appreciative and thankful for the level of service she provided.
