I did not like the fact that I had to wait until 6:45pm to check into my original room after requesting a lower floor assignment at 10:30am when I arrived. I’d stayed across the street the previous 7 nights. Ultimately I kept the 3rd floor assignment so I could shower and make a show I’d gotten tickets for. 8 hours and they hadn’t cleaned the new room.

The pools and hot tubs were good no elevators for the elderly or handicapped. Only one restaurant on the property. Had to take taxi everywhere. Liked watching the ships come in every day.

With the layout of our large properties it would be impossible to have elevators in all buildings, however please feel free to request a ground floor or to be placed in our elevator building during your next stay. Construction was going on while we were at the beach every day. A few days the Wifi was not working. They shut the water off for a complete day. We had a sewage smell in our room coming up from the shower drain. One morning I woke up and got out of bed and stood in a puddle of water.
