Adults Only Heaven at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya All Inclusive

The room, the room ruined. My first day of my vacation had to change rooms. There was no hot water and they put me in the back of the property facing air condition. Ducks had to wait for the following day in order for them to change my room had to repack and unpack my luggage.

We had upgraded to a 'privileged' status but our room was not in the privileged area. We stayed 10 nights but were only able to reserve 4 nights at a restaurant, and that process was difficult.

The top lock on the front door was broken, the balcony lock was broken, door paint was chipped, bathtub was dirty with stains, the toilet handle was broken, stains on the bed sheets.
