This property should not be open for business. From the dripping dirty water in the dining area to the incredibly FILTHY rooms with holes in the sheets, blood stains on blankets, floors so dirty we didn't dare take our shoes off, no one should stay in this hotel.

Charged $25 for a pet. The floor in the room was in need of repair and dirty. The outlets by the bed were not all functioning. The refrigerator was noisy.

Dear Guest, As we already disclosed online about pet policy that we DO NOT ALLOWED PET. However for your convenience we honored your reservations with pet but there is fees for keeping pet in the room of $ 25.00 be charged at hotel level. There was transition between two floors was loose and all the electrical outlets were fund perfectly working (May one phone call to front desk could be resolved your issue, Freeze was moved from the base makes normal compressor kicks on noise. We do appreciate your feedback

The room was clean and a nice size. I didn't like the fact that the back door was closed and permanently locked because it limited access to our room and I felt like it was a fire hazard and the room had to be accessed by a long internal hallway. However, the proprietor was very nice and has been every time I have stayed here in the past.

I like the swimming. pool it was big! And indoors with a jacuzzi! But when we checked in the hotel smelled bad and our room was worse! The hotel itself had this strange smell of curry/ cigarette smoke, and our room smelled like mildew! Gross! There was mold in the shower! We had to get someone from the front desk to come spray it down with bleach. Top curtain valance had a pile of dust that looks like it had been there for decades like they've never taken the curtains down and just washed them!

Hello, Mrs.Trevino, We are dedicated here to serve and for your dissatisfaction we are sincerely apologize, The valance in Q was washed every three months and was done in beginning of May 2019, So we are doing them again soon but thank you for your attention on that and yes there are some guests staying at this indoor corridor hotel they microwave their food and management decided not to bother them as we thought and believe these smells could not be harmful at-least and that, there should not be discriminate anyone for any of their customs race religion and nationality. But we will certainly pass on your this such a wonderful comments to them about that that you just had commented by just seeing the people in the lobby by face and figured out about the smells of curry, but the facts is that there was not any cooked curry or anything that smells like but these days they are bringing their food from outside cooked in the restaurants in local area where all other common people also eats the same food to survive. Molds in all over the bathroom was not present but for your satisfaction, was sprayed mild bleach. Anyway nothing was commented any of these during your entire stay, not even at check out time upon asked you about. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

I got a room that had a weird smell so we asked the man in charge to change the room and we got other room that was ok. We did not get shampoo and the towels were too old. The breakfast was ok coffee, cereal, and waffles.

Awful! Don't do it!

So, we got in late & we thought maybe it was because we just checked in bbuutt...our towels were old and crunchy- we didn't shower, the sheets were stained-had to pull them off, & the finale....our air conditioner didn't work-my kids were crying!! The woman down stairs had no customer service skills and was not accommodating or apologetic. Will NEVER go back and I am disputing my credit card!! Awful!awful!awful!!
