Hotel Lotus Kansas City Stadium
"The entire hotel smelled of smoke. Despite the hotel's efforts to make this a non-smoking hotel, the hotel was once a smoking hotel and it still smells like it. My family has bad allergies when it comes to smoke, so we ended up staying in our room as much as we could when in the hotel (which they came and doused with some kind of cleaning spray when we complained about the smoke smell being in the room as well). We didn't go to breakfast on the 2nd full day of our stay because the smoke smell was so overwhelming. We didn't get to really try any of the amenities because we stayed out of the hotel as much as we could and when we were there, we stayed in our room. It was not the experience we were expecting- especially for the price that we were paying."
