"I want to preface this by saying that I have stayed here multiple times and usually love it. But this time I scored it a little lower because of how I was treated as I arrived and the parking lot situation. Pretty sure they rent out spaces for people to leave their car and take the shuttle to the airport therefore the parking lot is packed! The front desk staff didn’t let me in the gate until I was checked in which I would normally understand but there were no spaces in front. And I heard them buzzing people in for the same thing later (and previous visits.) Some of the spaces didn’t seem as clean in my room this time (few whiskers clippings in sink) but the kitchen was great and even made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closing in 30 minutes. (they hadn’t had any customers in a while before I came up)."
