"We stayed for just one night before continuing our trip the next morning. When we arrived, the bathroom light was not working. The staff initially refused to move us to another room, and we had to argue repeatedly before they addressed the issue. What was truly unacceptable was being told to use the bathroom with the door open because the lights in the rest of the room worked. This level of service is disgraceful and completely unacceptable."
