"I have stayed at this property for 20 or more years and it has declined significantly in the past two years. I think it needs a full update of decor and infrastructure. It’s unfortunate as it is so well located to the center of south bend. The floor of my room was fake wood that left my bare feet dirty whenever I walked in it. There was a seriously stained toilet bowl, or it was allowed to sit and not cleaned properly. TV was a mess with two remotes and no logical way to use them. I had to call for help twice and almost a third time. The lighting in the room was very dark. Even with the drapes open."

"The house was great! Convenient location, just a few minutes drive from the Notre Dame campus. Quiet street and nicely renovated and decorated interiors. Beds were comfortable, no complaints at all. Host was very prompt with communication and check in was so easy. Thanks for a great stay!"
