No full length mirror in the room so that was a negative TV volume continually got louder/lower every few minutes Staff warm, helpful Needed extra time in room on check out day due to husband feeling sick and was told I needed to pay 50% of first nights rate which was a bit excessive especially since we only checked in after 10:30 pm on FRI.

No indication when we booked that it was being renovated. Looked like a low level hotel. No instant apeal. Lobby was in need a serious dust job. Over priced, ridiculous parking fees. Could keep going. So dissapointed in the overall hotel and from staff. We paid way to much from way to little. Could be compared to a Hotel 6. Ownership should be embarrassed.

We had issues with the air in our first room. They kindly moved us to another room just for that rooms door to malfunction. So I don’t know if we just had 2 unlucky room assignments or if those issues are common.

Nashville couples trip

Nice hotel. Location was ok. Close enough to Broadway, but a walk downhill or uphill depending on if you were coming or going. That uphill walk home at the end of the night was rough. Also a lot of miscellaneous fees… destination fee and tourism fee. I’m guessing all hotels charge these though. Pre-purchased breakfast…totally worth it!

Great view of the city. The hotel resaurants were very good. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've used. it was very close to all the sites I wanted to see. everything was either walkable or a short 20 min drive.

Bery inviting and unique hotel layout. The elevators are strikingly different than most hotels with an added bonus of a restaurant/bar at the top level with a great view. Walkable to Broadway and close to food. Off the strip so it's much quieter but still easy to get to.
