We have a game room, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and a kids play area! Our cabin is perfect for a family vacation or a large group traveling to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We are only a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and all of its local attractions!

We've set up a convenient electronic keypad on the front door, so there's no need to worry about carrying keys or coordinating check-ins.

• There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
• Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
• Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees

★★ MID-STAY CLEANING ★★
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability

★★ HOT TUB GUIDELINES ★★
• Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
• Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

★★ TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY ★★
• Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
• Please limit your trash to 6 bags
• Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

★★ BOOKING DETAILS ★★
• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

★★ SEASONAL COMMUNITY POOL ★★
• Kindly be aware that community pools are under the management of the HOA, and any closures or maintenance activities throughout the year are beyond our control. However, we are committed to keeping you well-informed and will make every effort to promptly notify you as soon as we receive any updates.

★★ SEASONAL FIREPLACE ★★
• We love cozy fireplaces as much as the rest; however, during the warmer months, we cannot allow them to be used. You will not be able to use the fireplace from April 1 – October 26. Thank you for your understanding!

• Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.
