Would not stay again
The bed was comfortable but the sofa and kitchen chairs definitely need a big upgrade. The kitchen chairs were very unstable and you had to be careful sitting on them. The sofa was so hard that it hurt if you sat too long so I used a lawn chair we had. The floors need a really good washing as I could not get our white socks clean and disposed of them. The rug in the living room is stained . The outside property was pretty bad as the courtyard had a pool that was in pieces and a real eyesore. There were huge weeds growing everywhere and there are 6 cats that roam freely in the courtyard. The owner did provide shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent , hand soap and cleaning supplies. Connecting wall to the next unit is very thin and you could hear the person coughing, talking, closing cupboards, etc. The A/C/furnace was so loud when it kicked in it would wake us up.
