Great place to stay in Chandler
Had a group of friends together to visit another friend in the Chandler area. House gave us plenty of room to hang out together and take advantage of the great backyard and weather. Great area as well, just a few minutes drive to downtown Chandler that has tons of restaurants and bars. A few of the games/amenities in the backyard have a bit of wear and tear but was still a great time staying there and would do so again. Would be great for families or friends groups that want a fun house close to a great downtown area.

Weekend stay in Chandler
Our stay was fine, towel and other supplies were fairly limited. There was a lot of trash left behind in the dumpsters outside and the toilets and shower drains backed up which we notified the owner. Someone came out to check the drains but I don't believe they did anything as we continued to have issues. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we seemed fine. We were close to downtown chandler, short Uber ride away.

Great for a golf trip
For our annual golf trip this place worked perfect. Brandon was great to communicate with regarding check in and any questions we had while we were away. House was clean, beds were comfy, and the back yard was great. We usually go out for dinner, but we never left the house other than our trips to the course. Spent our evenings in the hot tub and a bunch of time around the fire pit. Really enjoyed our stay and will keep this location in mind if we return to phoenix for next year.

Great backyard and close to downtown Chandler
Stayed for a week+ and the backyard activities were awesome, large screen TVs were awesome and less than a mile to the "hoppin" downtown Chandler. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

I’m so happy we chose this place for a birthday party the backyard was absolutely perfect and so much bigger than expected! It really was put together nicely. The host was also professional and kind!

Great DTC family gathering
The home is beautiful renovated in a neighborhood currently going through gentrification. Restaurant selections nearby are great not that you need it because the backyard has all the bases covered. From the outdoor kitchen to the tiki bar, you don’t really need to leave.

The house is cute.. very clean, the host kept in contact. The backyard had a lot of activities for the kids. The house looks like the pictures.. very nice quick stay. Will hope to stay again in the future.

Great activity house
This is a great place to stay if you like being outside and don’t want to just sit in front of tv when at the house. Great outside amenities and set up. Close to everything in chandler. Neighborhood is still being revived but location was easy to get around
