"The staff from the front desk to the pool were great. The room was very clean. I was disappointed when playing poker at the bar slots, the drinks were not complementary like in vegas. They could also use evening entertainment, even if it was just a piano bar."

"The room had a must odor and I was woken up by a barking dog in the early morning. The water pressure in the shower was off and on, sometimes weak and the other not very strong. The breakfast area was not well cleaned, my table and the others around me were covered in crumbs."

"I could not get the room cool. Is the AC set to shut off to save energy? I even changed rooms. It was still HOT. Earplugs are provided. Never a good sign because the street is NOISY. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Much appreciated."
