Sunnyside sits on 18+ acres of tropical paradise and offers 350 feet of private beach that is gated for added security and privacy of its owners and guest. Inside the condo you will be greeted with bright new paint, carpets, appliances, as well as all new furniture. The condo is located around many restaurants and shopping, but you can also cook in the unit with the options of a crock pot, instant pot, air fryer, charcoal grill, or pots and pans. After a long day at the beach, you can relax by having a fun game night with the family with card games provided in the condo or relaxing in your own room with individual smart tvs and WiFi. The upstairs bedroom is a great place to relax on the balcony to have some peace and quiet. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex offers tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one is a kiddie pool), a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo.



No late check-out. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each half hour after that.

Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet
