Almost, But not quite.
Upon first glance it was very nice, all we had hoped for. Then we settled in and found all of the things that were wrong with this condo. Let me continue by saying the location is nearly perfect and overall the amenities, awesome. But the condo was in a bit of disrepair. Of the 3 1/2 Baths there were 4 leaking faucets, The wall mounted TV in Bedroom 3 was being held up by 3 braces screwed in around the wall mount. Several lights and/or fixtures were broke and glued back together or not assembled correctly. The front wall in Bedroom 1 showed water damage and had black mold, also the Outside Door in Bedroom 1 DID NOT LOCK! Also the built in Ice Machine has black mold. The shower in Bedroom 2 was missing 1 of the 2 shower doors. Also if you are not in the homes around Carillon lake you are not permitted to drive a vehicle to the beach access. It says as part of the advertisement for this unit that you can drive a Golf cart up to the beach entrance, But the Entrances all say no Golf cart Parking. I gave this 3 stars because it met the needs we had, but for the price that was paid, this condo should have been in much better condition. We stopped by the Vacasa office on 2 occasions during posted hours and no-one was in the office.
