"We have been having great experiences in Hawaii at every place we have stayed so far. But I have to mention something special about this property. We stayed here only for one night -but every bit of it was worth it. The staff at the reception desk on 20 th evening - her name is Ipo - was just amazing! We just mentioned that our younger one’s birthday is on 21 st and we wanted to know if there was an option of getting a cake somewhere. Not only she arranged a cake as a courtesy , she got beautiful garland and a cute birthday card signed by the staffs for our little one and had everything ready to be picked up at the front desk at 11 at night! We travel all around the world - this was so special ! We never experienced this kind of hospitality anywhere before ! They didn’t have to do any of it - we would still love the property - its location right on the water - beautiful view from the balcony - the excellent service by the staffs at the restaurant! We couldn’t ask for anything more ! It will be nice to come back again ! Thank you Ipo and thank you all the staffs ! "

"So close to it all…necessities, restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, all the things; felt like everything was a 10 minute trip at most. We felt right at home. Communication from host was concise, consistent, and ahead of schedule. We were given pertinent details and pictures of the location so we could find it easily after a long flight (we were exhausted) as well as recommendations on where to go. Love this place! Also…it’s adorable. "
