The space.
Guests have the run of the house, the back deck and boat dock. Paddle board or kayak around, bike to the beach or walk to local shops or the Channel Island marina. NO SMOKING (in house or on deck). The garage is not part of the rental.
Guest access
Guests have use of the entire house, except the garage, which is currently being used for storage. The ramp to the water is shared with the neighbor. The boats are not part of the rental and may be accessed by owner through the neighbor’s shared ramp.
Other things to note
This house is directly on the water. No pets allowed. Children welcome, but cautioned about proximity of water. Absolutely no smoking! Only 2 cars allowed on premises- others must be parked off site (city ordinance). City ordinance also stipulates no parties and quiet hours 10pm-7 am.
