The people above us were fighting and screaming all night sounded like a herd of elephants were in their room. Our room smelled like cat pee. We reported the loud and I mean loud fighting and screaming yet it went on all night. Would never stay again the worst stay ever!!!!

The room was in bad condition. It was really banged up. TV was really small. Refrigerator was smaller than a typical mini fridge and had food still in it, melted ice cream treats. No carpeting or rugs. One very soiled chair. We stayed 2 nights and had a hard time just getting comfortable.

"The pool area is poorly vented. Because of the high chlorine content in the water when the hot tub was ran the air would become saturated with chlorine fumes. This made it difficult to breath or stay in the pool area for very long. The room door locks are very problematic. We went to the front desk multiple times to inform them that our cards would not open the door. Instead of reprogramming the cards we were told to swipe the card multiple times that the locks are finicky. So they know the locks are a problem and choose not to fix the problem."
