The pictures online were nothing like the real building. As we walked up to the hotel there was trash all over the ground right outside the front door. The elevator seemed as if it was going to break at any moment. There was an awful smell that filled the building. The front desk worker was extremely difficult to understand. This is going in my do not stay list.

The staff are excellent, and the room was very nice except for needed ceilng and wall repairs in the bathroom. DO NOT use the provided hair dryer if you have longer hair. The intake screen popped off and sucked my hair into the fan blades. It noted my hair so badly that it took my husband quite a while to get my hair out. It would be helpful to attach pictures. The hotel obviously doesn't have a sufficient water heating system. We had no hot water system as we had no hot water in the shower either of the 2 nights that we stayed. The hotel is in a convenient location and very easy to get to, affordable, and offer a very good breakfast bar. We would stay again if they update their hot water system.

a dated building that is need of some repairs but very clean. a nice location that is very close to the interstate and downtown Minneapolis (10-15 minutes). went through 3 TV’s before we found one that worked. the two gentlemen that I interfaced with at check in and getting a TV to work were great as was the morning manager who greeted me with a smile and a good morning.. it was a good stay and well worth the cost of $76 although I never did figure out how to use my ARP card.

As an over the road trucker parking is important and they had plenty of room for me to park. The room was nice and warm while the weather outside was in the negative degrees. Staff was very polite, breakfast on Sunday and Monday was fresh and plenty with great options. The gym was well equipped. The place was clean. Rooms clean. Great price comfortable stay. Definitely will stay there again.
