Hotel staff was nice, and so was the room. The elevators broke down when we got there, and during the night there was a couple screaming in their room so loudly we could hear it multiple doors down

No breakfast. Free coffee and donuts Christmas morning. Got back from church at 11 am and no coffee. Felt tacky. Jeffrey made the whole trip worth it. He was AWESOME. Got locked out of room, keys didn’t work after 2 trips down to front desk. Had to wait for engineer. Late out. Not fantastic but as I said Jeffrey was the best.

I normally don't write reviews but had to with this stay. This stay started with probably the best check in experience I've had. The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous and had answers for everything we asked about the hotel and surrounding area. He even asked if we would like him to make us something from the little Starbucks cafe they have even though it was already closed. Rest of the hotel was great, restaurants was really good. Room was clean and very comfortable beds. I woukd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Minneapolis area.
