Would gladly stay here again when in the Cities

Our two-night stay at the Ramada was great. The hotel looks like it has been completely renovated recently. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The little happy hour with a free beverage was a plus - disappointed we missed it on the second night. Hotel is a little out of the way but certainly easy to get anywhere from there. Plus FREE parking which is hard to find in the Twin Cities. Would recommend.

The overall stay was good. We did not have any issues with our room. They even upgraded us to a room with a king bed. Very nice. The breakfast was ok. Eggs were not ok. We would stay again.

Convenient to highway to Minneapolis and St Paul. Dining next door was very good... and with a discount. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was fairly good.

Great hotel, front desk were very polite, hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was we got to our room was going to lay down before our event and a housekeeper walked right into our room without knocking and didn’t even say sorry, just said oh was checking if it was clean. Then in the morning housekeepers were loud. Just lock doors.

Our stay was okay. Check in was at 3 we show up at 320 to check in and our room wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes. They when we got to our room. The door was propped open. The room was missing some towels. House keeping only left a conditioner and bar soap. Conditioner useless with shampoo. Thankfully we only were staying one night. Right after we got into the room. House keeping comes with a pillow case and asked if I wanted to put it on the pillow. So the room wasn’t even ready by the time we got the room. Then we went to go turn the tv on and couldn’t find the remote. We call front desk. The guy came up and looked for the remote. He then had to leave and come back with another remote. After that the stay was okay. Not anything supper amazing. Thankfully nothing else went wrong. Do not plan on going back to this hotel.

The environment is serene, clean, and attractive. There are nearby restaurants and places for social connections after a long workday. The hotel provides guests and customers a free breakfast and evening social gathering. Overall, I got great value for the money I paid and will use the hotel next time I visit Minneapolis.
