Exercise room off pool area overrun with children playing on equipment. No weights appeared to be 5 pounds or less.

We do have complimentary coffee in each guest room, and we have coffee for purchase in our restaurant Dover, and in Made Market which is our 24/7 gift shop located in the hotel lobby. Room temperature was terrible. We could not cool the room down. we were told to open the window at the end of November and put a fan in the window. Only 2 inches we could open due to safety concerns. Then it snowed so hearing the snow plows at 3 a.m. and you sit there awake. We were told that maintenance would come and look at it but never did. Also I was told $95 night, I have it for 2 nights and my card was charged $249.49 so now I have to call and get that worked out.

The rate you would have been quoted through Travelocity would not include tax which is why I would assume your total for the 2 nights would be higher than you expected. You can certainly reach out to them if you believe this is an error on their behalf. We also wanted to ensure our parking lot was properly plowed for our guests but I apologize that you could hear the plow trucks. Got an early check in and were delighted with it. However we found 3 maggots on the walls. Room seemed clean but couldn't get passed this. The maintanance men were very nice and gave us another room as well as free breakfast tickets from the restuarant. Found out that breakfast is advertised as free on the website so felt cheated by the jester. The breakfast had cold food and we asked to have it microwaved. We didn't see a sign that offered eggs made to order. So we had the microwaved scrabbled eggs that were still cold even after heating. Just dissappointing. The people were nice and the cookies were real good but just couldn't get passed the other experiences.

We do not have complimentary breakfast nor is it advertised that way on our website so I am sorry if there was a miscommunication on that.
