We really appreciated the customer service and cleanliness of the room. Out flight was delayed and they let us check in late, we’re overall very accommodating. There was a strange little ottoman in front of the bed that I suggest getting rid of, as it’s a tripping hazard. Would stay again.

Booked a 2 bed queen suite. Checked in went to room and it was regular 2 queen room. Went back to check in and asked why I didn’t get the room I reserve and was told that someone overstayed and they didn’t have a 2 queen suite for me. There was no apology or even offer for anything because the room I booked and paid for cost more than the room I got. Reached out to Expedia and hotel told them a different story on why they didn’t have the room I booked. I would not have been so upset if they had told me when I was checking in and offered some type of compensation for the difference in the price. All I got from the staff is this is what we have and can’t refund the money

Reasonably priced and easy enough access even with construction in the area. Greeted and assisted by a very pleasant front desk person. Clean, quiet and everything working just fine. 2 bed room- had nice pillows and covers one bed was firm one was soft.
