Struggled to learn the TV remote...Chanels organized alpha instead of by number. Turned off the HVAC unit and still too warm for sleeping. Didn't want to use AC because of the noise. Quilt cover way too warm. Breakfast always great...maybe your best attribute!

Clean and comfortable hotel

Great place to stay with a family. Hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent for being included. Pool was a decent size and water was warm, which was great! The staff was friendly. Location was good as well, lots of dining options in the area. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door in your room does not lock,it's just a sliding door. Having kids and a sliding door that's not lockable means no privacy, ever! LOL Minor item, definitely did not affect our stay, just something to note.

We were there for 2 nights. I asked for fresh towels and the bed to be made for the next day at the front desk. The man said, "I gocha" meaning that it would be done while we were gone. We came back and nothing was done. The hotel was very nice in appearance and the staff seemed very attentive.
