Staff was very friendly, though house keeping tried coming into room prior to us checking out and didn't hear them knock. Biggest complaint is the breakfast, was not impressed or pleased that i had to pay $20 for me and my 2 kids to eat crappy milk carton eggs (which i later got sick from) over heated, sausage patties so thin the tongs couldn't even pick them up. If you're going to charge ppl for breakfast, at least have fresh eggs and better sausage.

Arriving at desk, no one was present to check us in. We stood there 7 minutes during which I called out into the rear office 'hello'? A 20ish man and 40ish woman eventually came out after a dry cleaner person (waiting also) went back into the kitchen area to rouse help. 2.Our room was on the first floor, not far from an outside exit, and the pool. It was a noisy night. I wondered if this was a 'punishment' for using Travelocity. 3. They claimed I had gone through Expedia. I'd used Travelocity. Perhaps it is co-owner. The experience is not what I'm used to at a Hilton. Unprofessional.

Suburban hotel

Pros: See above.
Cons: N/A
Location: This hotel is located in a suburb of the Twin Cities; there is anything and everything a major metro area can offer. Great cultural offerings.
A friend and I were attending a conference and stayed at this hotel. The staff was excellent: a kitchen cook prepared us bacon and eggs before the breakfast area was open to get us off to a good start for the conference; our housekeeping staffer was very friendly and kind - even shared some cooking tips from her background; and the desk staff was fun - when we checked out, we had an agent who was kind of sassy but in a really good way - really liked her! Don't let her change a thing.
