This property is in desperate need of deep cleaning and renovation. The paint in our bath was peeling badly, several doors were severely delaminating to the point of wood breaking off onto the floor. The carpet had bad stains and was sticky with old spills and dirt. The decor is very outdated and the mattress was lumpy.

The staff were very helpful, the location was convenient, the outside area was great for my dog. However, there were stains on our sheets and the secured door to enter through the side was broken and did not lock. We happened to get a promotional rate on our room, and at that price it was fine. If we had to spend more we might have looked around.

Was definitely not a non-smoking room. It stank. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and around tub. Only 2 bath towels. Asked for quiet room and placed on freeway side of building. Parking lot not well lit. Told no children by our room at checkin and when got to our rm kids right across the hall screaming. Overall we were disappointed in hotel as we have stayed in other LaQuinta hotels that were much better. Check in staff very pleasant.

It’s a place to stay, but don’t expect much

Overall, room was clean and “roomy”; bed was comfy. Issues: Very small sleeping pillows. They were squares! Bath faucet dripped constantly and was loud; reported for repair, but nothing was fixed or mentioned any follow up. Be sure you bring your own wash cloths if you want to wash your makeup off your face. If you stain any towels, you’ll be charged. Upon check-out, I was not asked about my stay, thanked for my business, encouraged to return, or even to enjoy the rest of my day. Where’s guest service training?

We stay at this property when we come to visit Minnesota, The staff is super friendly and helpful. Could you some updates... The elevator is a little scary, We rented 3 rooms.... One room smelled almost like cat pee, One room the air conditioner did not work very well at all, The other room the refrigerator didn't work well.

Please reconsider this property if you are coming from out of town! We stayed 3 days and the hotel refused to clean our room. They are use to extended stays, which means they only clean the room every 3 days, but we only stayed for 3 days! I know its cheap but you will thank yourself by not booking here! Very old rooms and the guest are questionable!
