The workout room had a treadmill, which I used a lot. However, the pool was not heated and I was a little disappointed. It's been that way for the past 3 visits.

Staff were very helpful. Really tried to accommodate our 3 rooms with 2 adjoining rooms to be able to assist our 98 yr old father. Large rooms with all the comforts you need. Great lobby,bar and onsite restaurant. Highly recommend this property.

Breakfast is not free

I felt it was odd to have an open concept continental breakfast that was not free. Our family accidentally started eating from the buffet and missed the sign that it was had an extra cost. The staff member in the breakfast area then hovered over my family the rest of the time we were sitting in there. It was uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a buffet set up in that manner that wasn’t free; sends the wrong message to hotel guests. If it’s not complimentary, it should look like a restaurant and be closed off.

Watch who you give your credit card to.

Paid on hotels.com and they used my credit card for a second payment. Not just incidentals of which there were none. Asked for my money back. They said they would but have not. Used the excuse of clerk in training but the supervisor is who said it would be taken care of. Not what you would expect of a hotel of this calibre. Nice hotel but no customer service.

The only downside of our stay was the slippery shower floor. If not for the one bar, the shower would have had us in danger of falling. That is an issue that could be looked at to save you from lawsuits is there are falls.
