Got to the hotel to check-in and was informed by hotel staff that they don't know why Orbitz confirmed the room or had it available because there was no availability. Hopefully will be able to get a refund especially after we ended up having to drive 2 hours home after 10pm."

It was difficult to manage extremely steep, and our Toyota van that we rented would not fit into the garage and you’re not allowed to park in the street so it made for a bit of a stressful parking situation.
