LAUREL ESTATES IS A BRAND NEW COMMUNITY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 27 IN DAVENPORT near Champions Gate and just a couple of minutes drive from the I4 junction. Guests staying here will have convenient access to all of the major area attractions including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Highway 192 and International Drive areas. 

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* * Pool heat and spa heating can be added to your booking at a cost $40 per night + tax for a 12 hour runtime or $90 per night + tax for a 24 hour runtime. (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum legal occupancy is 10 people - note that there are only beds for 8 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests)

Brilliant place, clean, epic pool and really smart interior. Only aspect to be improved is clear comms when it comes to keycode location rather than lock box as stated in paperwork. Thank you

Awesome Property

Our stay at this property was an amazing experience! Property was very clean and it had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Communication between guest and property owner was amazing. All questions/concerns answered promptly. Swimming pool, spa and game room were amazing. The whole family had a great time. Plenty of restaurants, shops/stores within a short drive. Drive time to all Orlando parks were less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this property for your next family vacation. 5 stars!!
