Friendly staff and clean room. Only downfalls was that the TV did not work due to the signal which only the cable company would be able to fix and the AC wasn’t that great, however, it was 93 degrees outside that day. There’s a breakfast which we were grateful for. The area that it is in has shopping and many different eateries around. Honestly, we were happy that it was clean and comfortable. We are not picky people like many others. This was just fine for us. It’s a hotel, so obviously it’s been used. Could things be fixed or upgraded? Sure, but if you expect “perfection” then I suggest paying the very high prices for the very best hotels out there and pass on this one. Personally, we were good with this hotel and will stay again. Personal thanks to Gustavo who tried everything to get the TV to work!

Honestly one of the best hotels in the area went to visit family. Great area great staff everyone was super friendly and professional not to mention this place actually has the pool they’re advertising not like others I’ve been too plus they give a good breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like much was the $100 hold but it’s fine other than that. Had my kids with me as well and it’s family friendly overall comfortable and very clean inside the rooms. What made this place the best tho was the staff thanks will be visiting again

The first room that I was placed in smelled like vomit, mold and bodily fluids. The front desk said they have been having issues with this room. Then why even book people into it?? It was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully the staff moved me to another room but this one had it's own issues: 1. It was next to an exterior door that slammed anytime someone opened/closed it. Which was A LOT. 2. DIRTY room. The soles of my white socks turned black. It had a faint smell of urine, but nothing compared to the first room I was put in. 3. The shower nozzle barely worked. Water would not turn off completely. 4. The TV was broken. 5. There is a side parking lot next to the building, a group of construction workers were hanging out drinking and playing loud music until 12am. The property itself is tucked away in a sketchy area. It is also down the road from Secrets, whos music you can hear into the late hours of the night. They did not do room or towel service while I was there. At some point I asked for towels, they never came. The bed did not have a comforter. When I asked the front desk for one, they said they would bring one to me - they forgot. I had to ask again the next day. 0/10 I would NEVER stay here again.

We stay here every year for our Jiu Jitsu tournament, its convenient to the venue so we can walk and close to restaurants. Breakfast is decent but the Wi-Fi is not the best but it works.
