Updated, modern, quiet and private apartment conveniently located in East Orlando.

This updated, modern apartment with upscale furnishings is ideal for a single occupant or couple needing a place to stay in or near Orlando. This suite is just over 325 sq ft and is situated on a corner lot home with a water view.

The suite is completely private, with its own driveway, parking space, and entrance. There is a queen sized bed, large closet with ample shelving and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment has a beautiful kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, toaster oven, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cooking utensils. It also boasts a huge 58-inch flat screen Roku TV for you to enjoy! This suite is cleaned and sterilized between each guest with your safety in mind.

The apartment is located near the Route 50/Colonial and Goldenrod intersection on the east side of Orlando, which is only 20-30 minutes from Orlando's theme parks and attractions such as Universal, SeaWorld and Disney. The neighborhood is mostly families, and very quiet. There is also bus stop just one block away, and several fast food restaurants, such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Checkers and Dunkin' Donuts.

The home is located near the Colonial and Goldenrod intersection on the east side of Orlando. The neighborhood is mostly families, with some older homes as well as brand new construction. There are multiple restaurants nearby as well as gas stations, pharmacy and grocery stores.

There is a bus stop less than 1/2 mile away, right next to the Checkers restaurant. The location is very accessible to ride-share services, with pickups typically in less than five minutes.

The Sweet Suite lives up to its name. It is so neat, located in a very peaceful and quiet corner of a nice little neighborhood. The host, Bethany, was quick to respond to queries as I was a first-time VRBO renter and had some questions about the process of checking in and out. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities complete and very clean. I am hoping that The Sweet Suite is available again when I come back to Orlando for another seminar.

Bethany is an amazing host. She is incredibly accommodating as I arrived late at night. The space is cozy, clean, and has the most comfortable bed. I loved being able to make coffee in the morning before I headed out for a long day. I came home very late and had no worries. The area is safe and close to everything. This is my second time staying here and I hope it is available in the future. Thank you!!

Perfect accommodation for a couple- just enough space without feeling cramped. There are steps inside- one down to the bedroom area and 2 up to the bathroom. Not an issue for us but may be for some. Paper products and some basic kitchen amenities provided. There is a K-cup coffee maker and toaster oven. Also Full sized microwave oven, fridge and stovetop. No dishwasher or oven, but we didn’t need those anyway. I liked the studio apartment feel, and being in a residential area rather than a hotel or condo.

Beautiful Oasis near everything

Bethany was a fantastic host and her place is gorgeous. Perfect getaway for a couples trip or a few nights of privacy by yourself. The space is adorable and has to be seen to appreciate how well it is taken care of. Quiet street but close to all of colleges and industry around the area. It was a perfect spot to stay while getting my daughter set up for college. I will be requesting a return visit and hope this oasis is available again when I come back. Thank you Bethany!!
