Very friendly attentive staff from the beginning. I was confused where to enter the hotel, the women who answered the phone was so kind enough to walk out on to the side walk to find me for check in. She didn’t have to leave the desk, but she did, It’s the little things that make a difference and that little act of kindness helped catapult an amazing weekend and lovely hotel stay that I needed. This is an old hotel with a lot of "character" and old timey decor, and creeks and cracks. But the bedding and bathrooms were clean and the neighbors and street were quiet good for a restful sleep. It's priced pretty decently for what you get, and its on the bar row. We sometimes crash here instead of driving home after a night of bat hopping.
