Nice location

The property management team lacked continuity. We were told the pool heat would be turned on by one staff member only to be informed later that the heater was broken and would not be repaired during our stay. The pool filtration system also did not work properly and was not addressed during our stay. Together, these made the pool unusable. The house is in a nice, gated neighborhood where we have stayed during a previous vacation. However, this specific house is very noisy through the day and night as the backyard/pool faces the interstate and there is no sound barrier. The house itself was clean and suited our needs, and the game room was great.
