The room was clean enough. But what I don't appreciate being mislead by the advertising. When you look at the pictures like the lobby for instance. The lobby in the picture is light comfortable looking and makes you think you're in a tropical kind of atmosphere. Instead the lobby is dingy. The front desk has bullet proof glass. There is no couch. When I pulled up to the hotel the front desk clerk was standing outside having a smoke. The room itself was clean enough but once again it doesn't come close to what was portrayed in the pictures.

Well hate to let you know, there was reaches in the bed, on the table, bathroom area,yes reaches, and the shower rod fell upon me It was an small ache to my back for a small moment, couldn't reach anybody to report the incidents, I was looking for a refund,or a small adjustment to my bill,so would I recommend this property to others, thats a another conversation for another day, I did survive my stay, but upon check-out you speak to no one, drop the keys in a drop box there are certain things that can be improved with time, I was not totally % disappointed in my stay, so the question for me will I rent a a room from them in the future , yes I will thank you

We arrived around 12am,we were trying to sleep at least 5 hours, because we have to go to the airport early in the morning ,but we couldn't, the ac make a very loud noise and couldn't rest all night long,terrible experience, definitely we never stay again in this property

Prostitutes, roaches, drug addicts and staff that has $15 more than the regular guests so they think they are above everyone else. We come every year, typically stay at Disney or the Gaylord.

It was ok . Wasn’t special about it . Probably want stay again though. Our first rook smelled like smoke n the second wasn’t renovated yet but it didn’t smell like smoke . Cats were everywhere one got in my car . It’s more of an extended stay than anything. On budget great place but other than it’s a no for me !
