KITCHEN: Please leave kitchen nice and tidy, refrigerator empty out.
REMOTES: Put them by right side of TV, Master fan in master bedroom back by light switch. Key back in pad lock door box (if missing will result in $35 fee)
If you used any personnel accounts on TVs make sure to log out( Netflix etc etc). If you can suggest anything you can think of that we might be missing to keep Casa Comfort a 5 star place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Loud Music. Quiet hours start at 9:30pm Shoes off as soon as you come into our home we love to keep this place tip top for you and other guest
No uninvited guest Please return all remotes and keys back to there places, a 35$ charge will be applies if any of these items are missing Keys also.
Absolutely No Commercial Vehicles or trailers allowed on community property. No pets allowed. Garbage must be in bags when placed in outside bins.

Perfect place

We stayed here due to the great location. The listing was exactly as stated and cleanliness was second to none. The place is beautiful. This is the perfect place for anyone staying in the Orlando area and wanting to be conveniently located to all that Orlando has to offer. It is great for families and couples alike.
