Welcome to Treasured Times, part of the Windsor Hill Resort amenities and just 3 miles from Disney World. This beautiful home is furnished to the highest standard, perfectly positioned for life-long vacation memories.

The space
Our 5-bedroom 5-bathroom villa is located less than 10 minutes away from Disney in the beautiful gated resort of Windsor Hills. As you step inside the foyer of your vacation home after a long day of traveling or enjoying the area, you will relax in your home away from home. To top off your fun filled days, you will enjoy a wonderful sunset view from your private pool/spa area each evening.

LOCATION

Our villa is located in Windsor Hills on the highest and most premium location, with an overlook of a nature area and the Orlando in the distance. At Windsor Hills you will find a large community pool, two large waterslides, a movie screening room, an arcade, a fitness center, and sundries shop. Ample parking is available for those who wish to drive over. Also nearby, there is a fun playground for the big kids, and a beautiful recreation area including tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts - great for those with active lifestyles or want a little competition during their holiday!

POOL AND SPA

From the living room, there is a large sliding glass door that leads to the screened-in pool area. Sit back and relax on one of the sun-loungers, or enjoy a meal poolside with the outdoor dishes provided. Take a dip in the pool or enjoy the spa as you enjoy beautiful sunsets and the most private atmosphere available in all of the resort homes. During the day you can either enjoy the shaded area, or the afternoon has warm sunshine in the deck.

For the safety of all the children with you, there is a child fence available for around the pool.

Pool heat is optional and must be requested prior to your arrival day. There is an additional charge of $30 per day for pool heat.

EAT-IN KITCHEN AND FORMAL DINING ROOM

The kitchen area provides ample space to prepare on-the-go meals to bring to the many nearby area attractions, saving your family money that can be used towards vacation fun! The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, black granite appliances - a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave (new), dishwasher (new) and stove with oven. There are numerous small appliances including coffee maker, blender, kettle and more. Those who love to cook will appreciate enough cookware, dishes, flatware and bakeware to prepare a feast for the entire family. Also included are dishes, cups, bowls and cutlery for your little ones. Within the kitchen you will also find a breakfast table with seating for six at the window looking out on the front of the property.

Planning a more formal meal? There is an elegant dining area with seating for six, or seven (if three sit on the bench). A pass-through from the kitchen makes it so easy to serve the delicious meal you’ve prepared.

LIVING ROOM

The living room provides ample seating space, and comfort. Watch cable television at your leisure, or connect your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts to immerse yourself in all of your favorite content. Keep the kids entertained with a selection of movies to choose from. The whole family will enjoy the new 65 inch flat screen TV.

TWO MAIN FLOOR KING MASTER SUITES

On the ground level, there are two beautiful pool-facing Master King Suites, with high quality comfortable mattresses for resting after your fun filled days. These rooms are perfect for those who don’t like stairs. Enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bathroom, featuring dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet to store all of your clothes and suitcases.

KING BEDROOM
The third bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed and the attached bathroom has dual door access for the bedroom, as well as the guests in the main area.

TWO UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS

With two twin beds each, and an en-suite bathroom for EACH bedroom, these rooms will be the cherry on top of a magical family vacation. Brush your teeth, take a nice shower, or even have a bath in the adjoining bathroom.

GAME ROOM

Equipped with a pool table, foosball table, and TV, this is a lively spot to hang out during your stay. The game room also has a XBox One with controllers and games.

Awesome Vacation Home!

The house was awesome and my family really enjoyed it. We’ve stayed at several houses in Windsor Hills and this was our favorite. Everything was clean and the house had all of the amenities. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked. We purchased the pool and spa heat. The pool and spa temperatures were perfect. Lori is a very responsive and a very helpful host. She was a pleasure to worth with and I know why she is a Super Host.

Beautiful property, beautifully decorated and excellent location. The host Lori was the best I’ve ever liased with when it comes to vacation rental properties and we usually book 3 a year via VRBO. Beautiful house, 100 % clean, large outdoor area with pool, hot tub, lounges and table. Great neighborhood, fantastic sunsets. Best part of the house is the host. There was a problem with the heat when we arrived, I contacted the host, she immediately responded and had a repair person at the house within an hour and stayed in contact until it was repaired. She went out of her way to insure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended this property

Family Christmas Visit

Our family of nine spent a wonderful week at Sunset Villa. It was such a welcome oasis to return to after a day at the local parks or the Space Centre. For a family with three members who have dietary restrictions, it was great to be able to prepare some of our own meals and snacks. So much easier than finding restaurants that could accommodate everyone’s needs. The five bedrooms and bathrooms along with a pool and games area made Sunset Villa the complete package. Lori is a very responsive host who was quick to answer any questions we had in a positive manner during the booking process as well as while we were at the property. We would be happy to return to this property if we are back in Orlando. Thank you

Just amazing

The property listing looked great but it honestly doesn't do the property justice... it was fantastic and we couldn't fault anything no matter how hard we tried. The property is located in a lovely quiet spot with a fantastic view and no other properties over looking the rear. The property is finished to a very high standard and our hosts have literally thought of everything for their guests (and I mean everything). The facilities and amenities were first rate. The property has also recently had updates and it was obvious how much our hosts really cared about giving their guests a fantastic experience. As to the hosts themselves, Lori couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. She always seemed to be available to answer any questions and to help out.... both before we arrived and whilst we were at the villa - nothing was too much (day or night). If you like the look of this accommodation, don't hesitate to book it, you won't regret it. Thank you Lori! We'll be back.

Incredible View

This house has everything you’ll need for your vacation, but the thing that sets in apart is the view. It’s in the back of the neighborhood and is on a hill overlooking a pond. The sunsets are incredible. It’s really nice not having any back neighbors, and it’s a quiet street.

Our family was very impressed and enjoyed our stay! Every detail of the home has been considerately thought of, which made the overall experience unprecedented. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh and clean. The kids loved how every bedroom has its own bathroom. Lori was extremely helpful and very responsive with every question we had. We had a little issue with the grill but it was taken care of instantly. The kitchen was organized with everything you need, which made cooking convenient and enjoyable. The home also has a wonderful view, and we all enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai. The kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Overall our vacation was an amazing experience and a big contributing factor is this incredible home. We will be going back! Convenient park retreat

This house was perfect for a retreat from the parks. Easy drive to and from the parks with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood with amenities. (we did not have time to access the amenities) The house was clean and just as described with plenty of room for a group of 8 people. Enjoyed the pool on our “down day” in between park visits.

Not only was the home gorgeous, safe and well kept, it was the perfect t layout for our party of 9. We went to the parks 7a-5p and came home and enjoyed dinner at the house while the kids swam in the heated pool. We will definitely book this rental again!

Fantastic Property

The house is everything that’s listed and more. Super clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of space to spread out, and the pool/hot tub and game room were a huge hit.
