Paradiso Grande is a gated resort minutes from Walt Disney World and Universal, with the Aquarius Clubhouse's resort pool, lazy river and café just down the street. The Space:

Welcome to your luxury home away from home in Paradiso Grande Resort – a stunning five-bedroom, five-bathroom townhouse with room for 10 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: five beautifully furnished bedrooms with ensuite-style comfort, including uniquely themed rooms that add a touch of magic for the kids.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family meals and entertaining, bright dining and living areas, and a game room for friendly competition.

OUTDOORS: your very own private pool and covered lanai – pool and spa heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.

INCLUDED: fresh linens, towels, washer and dryer, and starter supplies to get you settled.

RESORT: as registered guests you can enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse with its resort-style pool, lazy river, game room and café (please note the fitness center is currently not available).



LOCATION: in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets.



Parking: space for up to 3 vehicles per townhouse; improperly parked cars may be towed.



Guest Access:

The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. As registered guests of Paradiso Grande you also get to enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse's pool, lazy river, game room and café (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is a breeze with space for up to 3 vehicles per townhouse – please park properly, as improperly parked cars may be towed.



The Neighborhood:

Paradiso Grande is a new luxury resort community in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, with modern homes and townhouses featuring private pools, ensuite baths and covered lanais. The Aquarius Clubhouse offers resort-style amenities including a pool, lazy river, game room and café (fitness center currently not available). Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Premium Outlets and dozens of restaurants along International Drive and I-4 are all just minutes away. The community is gated for your privacy and peace of mind.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the townhouse (up to 3 vehicles). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25–30 minutes by car, and I-4 and International Drive whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Access will be denied if names are not registered.



SECURITY CAMERA: There is a camera in an outdoor area that records the street.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
