"Flew into town for a concert and booked this gem. The host was so helpful with all my silly questions and answered almost immediately. Location is absolutely perfect, the neighborhood is very cool, clean and the lake across the street is beautiful. The unit was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable as well. We debated renting a vehicle but opted to just uber from the airport and having the convenience of the zip bikes and scooters right there made getting around town so easy. We would definitely book this unit again "

"The rental was large, clean, and airy with beautiful wood floors. The bathrooms were clean and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well supplied, allowing us to do (take-out) Christmas dinner comfortably and make smaller meals. The neighborhood is pretty, with old, stately trees, there's a nice cafe two blocks away, and Lake Eola itself is two blocks in the other direction. It's a pretty walk with swans, unfamiliar geese, and a million other birds. A couple of minor issues came up, which the hosts quickly responded to. We would happily stay there again."

"Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the yard because it rained the whole time. However, everything else was perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean, including the very large refrigerator. The hosts were outgoing and accommodating. The weather changed a lot, but the heater and air conditioner were more than adequate. We stayed with mom, dad, college boy, little kid and Gramma. It was all cozy and comfortable, including the mattresses. The location was perfect, as we were there to visit multiple campuses; there were also lots of places to grab coffee & doughnuts, or an entire meal. We plan to stay here again."
