Family Vacation

This was our sixth time there and have to say this room was by far the best location to date. The room was everything advertised, fully equipped with everything we needed and more, very modern and kept up. We had 3 families with a total of 12 and had so much room inside and outside on balcony without being on top of one another. We had the perfect view of lazy River and all six pools. Being on the 5th floor was high enough to get the complete views and still be able to communicate to reach out to family members if needed. Already looking for open dates towards end of summer, we’ve found the perfect property!!

FLAWLESS

Check in and check out were simple! The accommodations were truly spectacular! We enjoyed the Lazy River daily, and evenings on this phenomenal balcony with wonderful gulf views! The beds were deluxe in comfort, 18” deep mattresses on every bed. Our group of 10 were very comfortable. Will definitely return!

Annual Birthday Trip

We stay on this property every year for Labor Day. We absolutely love it. We have lots of other friends whose families get their own condos as well. It’s something our whole family looks forward too every year

Great location!

The Caribe was great for our family because of the multiple pools and slides that kept our toddler entertained. The unit is large, and it met our needs; however, updates are needed. The main TV is slow and out of date. It took 15+ minutes to load our kids TV shows. The master bathtub was out of order, but apparently renovations are planned. Overall, we would stay in this unit again.

Wonderful spring break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was so spacious for the 7 of us, the views were amazing, and the balcony wrapped around the condo allowing us to see the Gulf and also the Bay. It was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, the resort amenities were fabulous, and the property manager was very quick to respond to a minor problem.

We LOVED our stay at Caribe D515. The condo was HUGE and beautiful. It held our group of 11 no problem. The owners are very sweet and respond quickly. The resort was wonderful. It had lots to do and offered gorgeous views. We will definitely be back!

Fall break getaway

The condo was really nice and spacious. We all loved the big balcony and sitting on it in the evenings. The pools and lazy river were great but would be nice if there was a heated pool option. They were a bit cold this time of year. Easy to get to the beach since it’s directly across the street but you do have to pay to park. Overall we all loved our stay and would recommend it

Labor Day weekend

Everything was as advertised, our family had a wonderful weekend at the Caribe’s 515D! Unit was huge, clean and comfy for the 9 of us! Balcony wraps around to view Lazy River and two pools, as well as gulf and bay. We would definitely come back again!!

Caribe Family Vacation

We had a very nice time on our family vacation using the Bates Caribe Condo. The unit works great for large family. Lived up to the photos. Exceeded our expectations as far as size. Beach was Beautiful. Our only negative was the Caribe was doing maintenance and renovations which caused some minor inconveniences.

Could not ask for more in a condo!

The condo is very spacious for everyone. The wrap around balcony has a spectacular view of the surroundings as well as plenty of good quality furniture to enjoy the view on. The condo was as clean as it gets, which is very important to me! The resort itself is great! Our children had a blast and the adults did too! :) We will be back!

Fantastic view, great kitchen, and four pools. Oh, and very nice owners. The beach shuttle goes to a beac that requires quite a long walk when you get off the shuttle, but there's a public beach access almost across the street from the gate, and it's much easier to get to, with only a $5 parking fee. The only disappointment was that the Lazy River was undergoing repairs, and was closed.

2023 Orange Beach Vacation

We enjoyed the condo and our stay at the Caribe very much. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Serenity now!

The unit is exactly as pictured and described. It has everything you need to enjoy a lovely beach vacation. It was me, my son, my grandson, my daughter-in-law, her mother, sister and two nephews. We had more than enough room to spread out and then some. For me, the size of the rooms and especially the hallway was very important to me as I am in a wheelchair. I was so worried about bumping into things. I never touched anything! It was a worry free vacation. For the kids, it was amazing. They have several indoor pools, outdoor pools, both with slides. There is an arcade, golf putting, and more. We rented a pontoon boat there at the Caribe Marina. It was beautiful. We beached on Robinson Island and had a wonderful day! We are already planning our next trip. Orange Beach is hands down the place to be! The owners are top notch. You make your reservations and they do the rest! 10 out of 10!

Spectacular view with lots of amenities!

This condo was really lovely. It was spacious and well decorated with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the separate ice maker was a real plus. The view from this place is AWESOME! We kept commenting on how beautiful it was. The living area layout has plenty of seating for a crowd and everything was super comfortable including sofas, beds and balcony furniture. The complex has beautiful pools, water slides and a lazy river (which they were working on during our stay but it looks like its going to be fantastic when completed). The beach is beautiful and there is a great free trolley that runs you back and forth to it but the boardwalk to the beach is pretty long. We ended up driving ourselves to Shell Beach (across the main road…very close) and paid for parking (minimal charge) because the walk wasn’t as far to the beach. Communication with Pam was super easy and she answered any questions quickly. I’m always concerned with parking spaces when we travel because we are a family with adult kids who all seem to want to drive separately. There were two spaces allotted to the unit but there was overflow parking very close by so that was a plus. We will definitely be back!!

Great Place

We stayed with a large group of family from infants to adults and it was a very spacious and did not feel crowded. I loved that most of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The views were great and the place had a large balcony to enjoy. Owners were very quick to respond to any messages I sent. The overall property had a lot of amenities as well. We enjoyed all the pools and it was nice to have the indoor pool option if the weather wasn't great. There is a shuttle that takes you over to the beach but we also opted to drive so we could check out other beach areas. Great stay!
