None of the room keys were working and the man at the desk said he was going to have to use his key to let us in and out of the room. It was not clean and the people staying there looked like convicts.

Staff were perfect , hotel has roaches and is overall dirty I had to change quite a few different rooms in just a few days it’s crazy …I’m not gone write a book, but just spend a few more dollars and get a better hotel honestly

To start the property was not the one in the photo, the lobby smelled like weed, first room they gave me was in the second floor there where no elevators the room was not cleaned , secound room was in the third floor there was no elevators . The comfort had burned iron mark in the middle.

Bed size

The room was clean and good for the most part, but the beds were described as Queen when they were full-size instead. My son had to stay at his sister's place on the couch so my husband and I could sleep in separate beds, which was a first for us. We have a queen bed at home so we could definitely tell a difference.

I wasn’t expecting a great hotel, but the level of grime was next level. The floors felt sticky and nothing (walls, surfaces, furniture) seemed clean. The place smelled really badly of mildew to the point that we went to the front desk to see about canceling our reservation. The person at the desk in the evening when we arrived was unhelpful and said we would have to talk to the manager in the morning. We left the hotel and stayed out late to avoid having to be in the room any longer than necessary. The smell was enough to bother my allergies & make my throat not feel good. We decided we were leaving the next day regardless of if we could get a refund for our 2nd night. They ended up giving us a 50% refund for night 2. I would never stay here again.
