"The property was nice. Very disappointed that beach chairs were not all inclusive. Staff was very friendly. Our biggest disappointment was our king size bed. It was so uncomfortable. There was no support whatsoever. For the price we paid for the gulf and beach view a good nights sleep would have been so nice. My wife and I woke up several times during the night with back pain. We expressed our concern with the staff and they sent up three very thin blankets to help with the uncomfortable mattress. Which didn’t even phase the problem. Very disappointed."

"The hotel was great when I came to location and the customer service. Me and my kids loved it. It was close to the beach and very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was my room had a lot of hair left in the bathroom. I had to clean the bathroom from the hair being left on the floor and shower. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay. The manger who checked me out was very helpful and understanding. This was the best customer service experience, I’ve had in a long time."
