"By far the best stay my family and I have ever had, we have stayed at some really nice resorts and hotels but this resort was top notch. I only have one little complaint but it's more of an idea to pitch to the resort manager, I understand why there are no microwaves in the rooms but there should be a microwave station somewhere in the lobby."

"We stayed from Friday till Sunday for a graduation. Our room was spacious, renovated and clean, except for a chemical smell probably floor or tile adhesive. The shower was a bit challenging because the faucets had not been replaced and a bit old, in addition the water temperature kept changing from perfect to extremely hot or extremely cold."

"I've stayed here many times, but always in the towers, this time I stayed in the older part of the hotel and the first room was not so great, it smelled of mold/mildew so much that we had to sit on the balcony and the closet was totally rusted. The staff eventually corrected it and moved us to another room. Thank you for making this right."
