The microwave in the room didn’t work, when we called the front desk, the clerk didn’t offer a replacement, just sort of said “ Oh well”. We didn’t like that....

I had to educate the staff about my service dog a little bit. I skipped breakfast to avoid an argument about my dog being in the kitchen area. Everything in the room felt damp. These hotels have the absolutely softest sheets ever. The staff were nice, but definitely need more training about service dogs.

This hotel was very disaapointing. Online it appears to look great, but once you go to find your room the niceness disappears. All the rooms face outdoors. Our room smelt like a cat had been in there.
