All prices on website are based on a seven day, weekly rate. If you wish to stay less than seven nights ,please read the contract to get the specific rates for 1,2 or 3 nights.
Our preferred change over day is Saturday.

All extras like pets ($100), wifi ($60) or Sheets, BYO or we provide sheets ($50) (king, queen, 2 singles), 2 person kayak ($100) can be booked on line or added upon arrival by paying our caretaker directly. We spent Thanksgiving week with family in OIB. Crane cottage fit the bill. Nice little community. We even were able to see the boat flotilla from the dock. Sunsets was fabulous!

Annual Ocean Isle Getaway
Cottage was nice and good condition. The screened-in front porch is great. Nice breezes come through from the ocean. Owner communicated well pre and during our stay. Cleaning group was very quick to pick up yard debris from the storm. We did not want to be directly on the ocean or the river. This location fit the bill for commuting to shopping and restaurants.

Great Neighborhood and Location
Great Neighborhood and Location. This little cottage is located two blocks from the Intercoastal waterway. The place had 3 bedrooms, a well supplied Kitchen and nice bathroom. We were within walking distance from the dock and had the opportunity to fish and kayak. The intercoastal is a very busy water way so you should be a decent kayaker if you plan on lounching from the dock area. The people there are very friendly and the town is awesome. Great Food. We did not go to the beach so can not say anything about that but everything thing you need is within a short drive. We will visit this area again in the future.
