Not too bad, but not the best either. Decided to go to another hotel

Got to be kidding

$165/night DEAL??? Needs major upkeep, noisy, can't open curtain or other guests can walk right by you like they are window shopping. I would say this hotel was more of a MOTEL and even truck stops motels seem nicer then this. You are paying for locale and even that there is major construction going in right across the street. A/C .....waste of energy cuz didn't work. They leave you disposable earplugs on your nightstand....that says it all. If u just need a bed to lay your head on it's ok. Beds are very firm and not inviting. I would never pay more than $30-50 bucks per night knowing what I know now.

Disappointing, not as depicted

Pros: Nice, friendly staff
Cons: Parking, offer breakfast and other amenities
Location: Great restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel is in a good location - close to local restaurants that are within walking distance. There is no parking available on-site as was advertised. As a "resort", the facility was lacking. Nothing about the hotel felt like a resort setting - few amenities, no beach access, no continental breakfast. We were upgraded to a different room than requested but it was not comfortable. The beds were uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. Construction is taking place all around the hotel which started early in the mornings. The parking situation is what made the experience most difficult. I would recommend staying somewhere outside of Wakiki and drive in for restaurants.

Family Vacation

Pros: All the staff wa polite and room was clean.
Cons: Adding a pool and gym on grounds.
Location: The beach is very close. Lots of restaurants two blocks away.
The hotel was nice and clean. We wish there were more amenities such as a pool, gym and restaurant in the hotel. The beach and restaurants were very close so it made it enjoyable.

Great Central Location

Great place to stay that was located close to almost everything you would need in Waikiki. Off the main strip only by one block and in a fairly quite area. Good value for the price. The staff was the BEST when it came down to helpfulness and whatever you may need. Thanks Ese... The only complaint would be the doors to the rooms should have some sort of weather stripping to slow down the door-slam..

Not terribly comfy, but close to the beach

This place isnt terribly comfortable. The beds are a little stiff. Bathroom and the rest of the room is fine. But I wasn't trying to pay for a fancy hotel room to stay in for my vacation. Its close to the beach, international market place, and tons of shopping areas. Its a great location. I might stay there again if I just wanna stay close to the beach on my next visit. Staff was great. They have a travel guide in the hotel to arrange activities for you. They can set up a car rental or provide shuttles to places. Parking at the hotel is ridiculous ($25/night). Most hotels are. But there are nearby places that charge less (like $16/night or $9/night) if you walk around the area.

Nothing fancy but good location

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
The hotel is well located - close to shopping, great restaurants and the beach. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nothing fancy, but functional. My biggest issue was parking is essentially nonexistent and have to pay $20 a night for their lot of a visitor lot so be prepared for that.

Very welcoming, convenient to restaurants, ground transportation.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
A very convenient boutique hotel for business travellers; free internet allowed me to conduct work during the days so I could shop and go to entertainment venues at night. The room was clean and was actually situated in a quiet part of the hotel, even though it was steps away from the elevator. All in all, a great deal, I would definitely stay here again.
