Room was nice. Staff were mostly friendly. However, I was confused because I thought this was an adult only hotel but I saw so many families with little kids? Also, the whole time I was there my body wash bottle was empty and was not filled up once.

We loved the whole aloha vibes. Great location and perfect pool to warm up in and relax after the sun goes down. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to be in the heart of it all. Get some food and coffee here too!

Overall good, Staff was great. Resort fees are ridiculous for things nobody uses or used to be free, no microwave or clock in room. Hotels are doing the same as airlines and will lose customers as a result. Expedia website says for breakfast for all with a fee, then says only for 2 after you pay. I emailed Expedia in advance and got an ok for 5, but only received breakfast for 3 once I arrived.

Staff was superb and very, very nice. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel room (although smallish) very nice and cozy. Besides who flys to Oahu to stay in the hotel room? Quiet. Easy to walk everywhere. It is also next to the International shopping mall so lots of stores and restaurants. Target is also very near for last minute needs plus ABC mart on every corner. Great area, super friendly staff, great food. You won't be disappointed here!
